1. Easy to operate, adopt advanced PLC from Germany Siemens, mate with touch screen and electric control system, the man-machine interface is friendly.
2. Automatic checking function: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
3. Safety device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
4. The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clip, easily operate, and save time.
5. The part where touch to the materials is made of stainless steel and according with the request of GMP.

If bag sizes over this range, we consider customization, special bag type have requires with bag sizes:
Zipper bag —— between zipper and bag mouth distance at least 2.5cm.
Gusset bag —— bag gusset width within 50mm, if bag mouth too small that products cant fill complete, can’t do packing.
Spout bag —— spout at the side of bag, sealing sizes at least 50mm.
Pallet bag —— pallet in bags, pallet length lower bag mouth at least 3cm.
